The new ISIS Web site, existing at www.isispower.com, allows customers to buy products directly from Littelfuse, and was specifically developed for the small, niche audience that ISIS caters to. This market includes antique car restorers, auto enthusiasts and other people looking to enhance their vehicles with an advanced wiring harness system.
Movéo’s interactive team worked together for several months on both the front- and back-end programming for the site. Special additions included a Pinnacle Cart shopping cart, which offers users a quick, one-page check-out, and Movéo also incorporated their proprietary, cutting-edge content management system (CMS). The new CMS allows on-the-fly page creation, virtual URL control and search engine optimization functions like title tags, meta data, image alt tags and XML sitemap control. One of the most exciting aspects of the site is a user forum that enables customers to post and respond to each other’s questions, much like Yahoo! Answers. And the new site is designed to integrate with Salesforce.com, Littelfuse’s customer relationship management (CRM) system, so the company can provide a more seamless service experience.
